Rexurn is a prepaid package pickup and drop-off service for residential customers and businesses. We collect packages directly from your home or business and transport them to authorized drop-off locations, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon return centers, Kohl’s, and participating retail stores that accept receipt-based returns.

Rexurn is not a shipping carrier. Customers may either prepare their packages with prepaid shipping labels or choose our optional label printing service. For Amazon returns, customers may submit QR codes through the secure form on our website — no printing required.

If label printing is requested or multiple Amazon QR code returns are submitted, additional instructions will be provided after booking to ensure accurate processing.
