Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rexurn (“Rexurn,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Rexurn provides doorstep pickup and drop-off services for standard-size, prepaid, and properly labeled packages.
Rexurn is not a shipping carrier and is not liable for carrier-related issues after drop-off.

3. Package Size, Weight, and Item Restrictions

Customers must comply with the following:

A. Weight Limit

Maximum weight per package: 50 lbs (22.7 kg).

B. Size & Dimensions

Rexurn does not accept:

Oversized or bulky items

Furniture

Televisions

Large appliances

Any package too large or heavy for safe single-person handling

Irregularly shaped items requiring special equipment

If a package exceeds size/weight guidelines, Rexurn may refuse service on-site without refund.

4. Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Alcohol (unless carrier and local laws allow)

  • Live animals

  • Perishables

  • Cash

  • High-value jewelry or valuables

  • Controlled substances

  • Any item prohibited by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon

  • Any item exceeding 50 lbs or oversized

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide only prepaid packages

Ensure packages are sealed, labeled, and compliant

Provide safe access to pickup location

Be present if access to building/door requires it

Not misrepresent package content, size, or weight

6. Scheduling & Availability

All pickups are subject to approval. Rexurn may decline or reschedule pickups due to:

Safety concerns

Oversized/overweight packages

Incorrect or inaccessible location

Overcapacity or routing limitations

7. Liability & Limitations

Rexurn’s responsibility ends once the package is dropped off and accepted by the carrier or authorized retailer.

Rexurn is not responsible for:

Carrier delays, damage, or loss

Packages that violate carrier rules

Packages mislabeled or improperly sealed

Customer-provided incorrect drop-off carrier

Weather or traffic delays

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the pickup service.

8. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
Pricing changes require 14-day notice.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Rexurn may refuse or cancel service for:

Overweight or oversized items

Unsafe environments

Improper, illegal, or hazardous contents

Abusive or fraudulent behavior

10. Privacy

Customer data is used only for operations, billing, scheduling, and support.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rexurn for damages or claims arising from:

Prohibited items

Oversized/overweight items

Misrepresentation of package contents

Violating laws or carrier guidelines

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the state in which Rexurn operates.

13. Updates

Rexurn may update Terms at any time.

*Your use of Rexurn services is also governed by our Service Agreement.
