
How It Works
1. Choose Your Plan - View Plans & Pricing
Select the service that best fits your needs: One-Time Pickup, Bi-Weekly, Weekly, Monthly, or Business Plans.
Subscribers may also add optional convenience upgrades.
One-time pickups require approval prior to payment.
2. Prepare Your Packages
Securely seal all boxes or bags and remove or cover any old labels or barcodes.
You may:

Prepare packages with prepaid shipping or return labels, or

Use our optional Label Printing Service (printing fees apply)
If using the label printing service, please submit the applicable printing fees before uploading your labels.
Place all packages at your selected pickup location.
3. Secure Pickup Container (Subscribers Only — Optional Add-On)
Subscribers may upgrade to a Secure Pickup Container placed at an approved location, such as:

Front porch

Behind a fence
-
Inside a yard
-
Garage
-
Any accessible private location
This enables no-contact pickups without needing to be present. Simply place your prepared packages inside the container for secure retrieval.
4. Pickup Scheduling & Confirmation
The time selected during booking is not an exact pickup time.
Once your request is approved, you will receive confirmation of your assigned pickup day(s). Pickups are completed within our route window on the confirmed day.
5. Pickup & Drop-Off
On your scheduled pickup day, Rexurn collects your packages and delivers them to the appropriate carrier or authorized return location, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon-authorized hubs, and participating retailers.
You will receive confirmation once drop-off is completed.
6. Track, Manage & Update (Subscribers)
Subscribers can manage their plan, secure container add-on, pickup history, and upcoming services directly from their account dashboard.
