Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments are final. Rexurn allocates route time and resources immediately upon scheduling.
 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only when:

Rexurn cancels due to internal operational reasons

Rexurn cannot complete the pickup due to reasons not caused by the customer

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued if:

The customer schedules pickup for oversized or overweight items

Items exceed 50 lbs

Items include prohibited contents

Pickup instructions were inaccurate

Package is not prepaid or improperly labeled

Carrier later loses or damages the item

4. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts. Cancellation stops future charges.

5. Charge Disputes

Disputes must be reported within 5 business days.
