Pick Up Preparation Guide

1. Schedule & Confirm
Book your pickup, confirm your pickup location and package quantity, and ensure the area is accessible on pickup day.

2. Prepare Packages
Securely seal all boxes or bags and remove or cover any old labels or barcodes.

3. Upload Labels or QR Codes (Link Below)
Upload prepaid shipping labels, return QR codes, and any required receipt copies using the website form.

4. Number Packages
Write a unique ID on each package (e.g., RXT-0001, RXT-0002) and ensure uploads match.
Failure to properly number packages or upload matching labels or QR codes may result in delays or rejection of service for that pickup.
**If you choose to have your label(s) printed by us, a printing fee will apply.**

5. Add Instructions
Include any access notes, handling requests, or preferred drop-off locations if needed.

6. Set Out for Pickup
Place all numbered packages together at your selected pickup location before pickup day.

QR codes do not require printing. Printed labels are subject to a printing fee.
